  1. What will happen to my recurring bill and subscription renewal?

    HOOQ has stopped subscription renewals and billing charges so your account/s will not be charged.

  2. What will happen to my current/active subscription?

    Your current/active subscription is terminated on April 30th. All HOOQ platforms are shutting down on April 30th.

  3. What will happen to vouchers that I haven’t activated?

    You will not be able to use your HOOQ voucher. All HOOQ platforms are shutting down on April 30th.

  4. Is HOOQ giving refunds?

    Unfortunately, HOOQ is in the process of liquidation/insolvency and not able to process refunds.

  5. What if I have questions and complaints after April 30?
